ResponsibilitiesTax/Compliance Manage our Tax bookings and payments, working closely with our tax team preparing profit forecasts for 5 legal entities.Preparing yearly tax packagesCountry by Country reportingMonthly FAS reporting in HFMEnsure compliance with local legislation through working with tax teamComplete monthly, Quarterly and Annual reporting requirements and ensure timelines are adhered toEnhanced employee reporting to Revenue for any employee with T&ELiaise with Revenue on any queries or questionsAnnual Statutory Accounts Preparation of Statutory FS and notesCo-ordination of KPMG interim, year-end and Final Audits ensuring all documentation is provided to AuditorsManagement of relationship with KPMGESG/Pillar 2 tax Quarterly reconciliations of our SAP US GAAP financials to tax reporting tool (EC)Provide support to project team on validating ESG dataAudit Ensure all documentation is available for AuditUnderstand any adjustments proposed by KPMG and ensure appropriateQualificationsAt PepsiCo, opportunity is for everyone.
