Financial Accountant

BenchMark are currently looking for a Financial Accountant in Dublin City where you will join a dynamic finance team in a leading corporate services provider.
This position offers a challenging and rewarding environment where you will be responsible for a broad range of accounting, bookkeeping, and compliance services to a diverse client base.
The Role: •Oversee the onboarding of new clients and the setup of service structures tailored to their specific needs.
•Prepare monthly and quarterly management accounts and statutory financial statements.
•Handle the preparation of consolidated financial statements and audit packs while supporting external audits.
•Process payroll, prepare VAT, PAYE/PRSI, and Corporation Tax returns.
•Conduct bank reconciliations and manage cash flows.
•Manage accounts payable and receivable functions for client companies.
•Maintain regular contact with clients' management teams to ensure timely information flow, meet reporting deadlines, and address client needs.
•Respond promptly to client inquiries to uphold high service standards.
•Mentor and train junior accounting staff.
Requirements •Qualified Accountant (ACCA, ACA, CPA, or CIMA).
•Proficiency in Irish GAAP and IFRS, with knowledge of US GAAP being advantageous.
•Team player in a fast-paced environment.
