Financial Accountant - Irish Plc

A major player in the residential property space is looking to hire a Financial Accountant.
Reporting to the Financial Controller, you will be part of a rapidly growing company and an Irish headquartered plc.
The role is based in their city centre offices with hybrid working place.

The role will be offered on an initial 12-month contract.
You will: Assist with the completion of month-end management accounts within agreed timelines Assist with the preparation of month-end journals e.g.
inventory, prepayments, accruals, depreciation & revenue Balance sheet analysis and reconciliations Assist in the group consolidation of all entities in the portfolio Assist in the development and management of the fixed asset register Interrogation of month-end numbers to include detailed variance analysis of actual costs versus budget and prior year Participation in various ad hoc projects as requested Experience: Qualified Accountant with at least 1 year PQE Strong communication skills Excellent Excel skills Salary: A strong base salary and package including a bonus, pension and healthcare.
