To facilitate growth they are restructuring their Finance team and have a new requirement for a Qualified Accountant to join the team. The role is varied and will support the Head of Finance in all aspects of running a busy finance team. Once onboarded into the business, the role can be either office based or 50% remote working is offered.
The Financial Accountant will be responsible for providing a wide range of financial information. Specific areas of responsibility include:
Month-end reportingPreparation and review of monthly management accountsAnalysis and provision of key information to managementMonthly, Quarterly and Annual reportingBalance sheet reviewDay-to-day involvement with the running of the Finance teamYear-end audit and preparation of financial statementsTax compliance and returnsIssue sales invoices and maintain debtors ledgerDelivering improvements on both existing and new processes and systemsCandidate Profile: Qualified Accountant with relevant experienceExperience of using a finance systemExcellent analytical skillsResults orientatedExcellent technical abilitiesStrong financial acumen and the ability to perform a hands-on roleExcellent communication, customer care, and people management skillsExcellent planning, organisational, and leadership skillsInterested in this position?
