Financial Controller - 4-Day Week

A fantastic opportunity for a Financial Controller has arisen to join a small Irish business on a 4-day week.
As Financial Controller, you will play a key role in the finance team and have responsibility for the day-to-day financial operations of the business.
The role involves working in a small finance function and closely with the directors of the company.

Role and Responsibilities: Collaborate closely with Directors.
Develop and manage robust internal revenue control systems.
Spearhead budgeting and forecasting activities, preparing forecasts and budgets for each business department and monitoring performance.
Conduct in-depth financial reporting, including margin analysis and KPI reporting.
Proactively identify opportunities for system improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
Ensure accurate reporting of all revenue and costs, reconciling bank and cash accounts.
The Ideal Candidate: 3 years or more of relevant experience.
Accountancy qualification ACA, ACCA, CIMA Proven ability to work in a small team, taking a proactive leadership position.
