About the Job Manage all functions within the Finance Department. Handle company banking activities and invoice processing. Monitor daily cash flow. Manage relationships with suppliers. Prepare monthly Management Accounts. Prepare year-end accounts. Oversee the Audit process. Produce comprehensive company-wide reports. Generate Profit and Loss statements. Collaborate with the procurement/inventory team on cycle counts and stock management. Ensure the year-end stock count meets Auditor requirements. Control budgeting and expenditures. Manage insurance renewals. Oversee both monthly and weekly payroll processes. Prepare personal and corporate tax refunds. Provide hands-on support and coverage for financial team members as needed. Your skills & experience Fully Qualified Accountant(e.g., ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CPA etc) Experience within retail or e-commerce is essential Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, Microsoft Dynamics, and Microsoft NAV is highly advantageous Skills: Profit & Loss Financial Statements Year End Tax Management Accounts Audit
