They are a dynamic and busy environment where they have seen good growth.Your new roleAs the Financial Controller, you will be leading a small finance team to deliver financial management and reporting functions.
You will have a direct impact on the financial planning and strategic growth of the company as you report directly to the MD.
In delivering the forecasting, budgeting and reporting, you will be directly affecting profitability.
You will be working closely with the board and the managing director to drive the strategy and development of processes.
You will prepare and deliver timely monthly management accounts and end of year accounts.
You will be reviewing and delivering improved reporting processes to support the Board and the Managing Director in their commercial decisions.
Provide information and analysis on the financial aspects of strategic projects.
Prepare and submit all statutory returns, including statutory accounts Contribute to effective coordination between finance and other departments.
Proactively manage relationships with auditors, solicitors, service providers and business advisers to ensure compliance and enhance business operations.
What you'll need to succeedYou will be a qualified accountant with some good post-qualification experience within business.
