The Position:
Reporting to the Head of Finance, this is a hands-on role encompassing all areas of finance ensuring financial objectives are met. Duties will include:
Monthly management accounts preparation with analysisPreparation of annual statutory accountsSupervise and develop finance teamFinancial and commercial analysisTax and statutory returnsBudgeting and forecastingManaging the audit processMonitor and develop financial controlsReview and improve finance policies, procedures and controls including IT system optimisationProject and ad-hoc workThe Person: Qualified accountant with 5 years PQESimilar experience in the not-for-profit sector desirableExcellent oral and written communication skillsExcellent organizational skills/ability to prioritize workGood interpersonal skillsProcess-orientedAbility to work in a team environmentInterested in this position?
