My client, a software solutions provider within healthcare, is looking for an FP & A Analyst to join a busy Finance Department in the Dublin HQ.
This is an excellent role for someone with ability to analyse and understand budgeting data models.
You will be responsible for building a budgeting model; therefore the role requires excellent organisation and planning skills, and high attention to detail.
Some of the main Responsibilities will include: Analyse current and past trends in key performance indicators including all areas of revenue, cost of sales and expenses Build revised operating model that includes: o An ARR waterfall revenue build (with assumptions for new/upsell bookings, churn/downsell); Detailed COGS and OpEx build; Integrated three statement model, including P&L, balance sheet and cash flow statement.
ARR retention analysis by product, by month Detailed monthly bookings forecast Track R&D time spent on projects to help identify gaps in team efficiency Monitor performance indicators, highlighting trends, and analysing causes of unexpected variance Support the continued development of budgeting, forecasting, planning, and modelling processes and tools Work with other departments to get data to develop performance indicators Develop financial models and analyses to support strategic initiatives In order to be successful, you will have: An accountancy qualification or a Bachelor's degree in Accounting & Finance 3-5 years of previous experience in Financial Planning and Analysis role, preferably in a financial organisation Ability to create and maintain a 3 Statement Financial model Experience working in a busy, multinational company Excellent knowledge of MS Office applications and Power BI Strong experience using NetSuite or other ERP system Excellent communication, organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities Ability to work independently and as part of a team Exceptional attention to detail In return, my client offers hybrid working scheme (3 days in the office), competitive salary, great working environment, attractive list of benefits and progression internally.
