Meet your potential employer? We are looking for a proactive and detail-driven Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Analyst to join a dynamic Finance team in Shannon, Clare. In this key role, you will support the companys financial planning efforts, including budgeting, forecasting, and in-depth financial analysis. You will have the opportunity to collaborate closely with senior leadership, helping to drive data-informed decisions and shape the companys financial strategy. Role Overview As an FP&A Analyst, you will play a key role in driving financial performance by partnering with Operational leadership to evaluate revenue growth and cost reduction opportunities, ensuring financial targets are met. Youll conduct detailed financial analysis, prepare financial models, and analyse KPIs, providing regular reports to management. Your responsibilities will also include assisting with budgeting, forecasting, and long-term strategic planning, as well as developing reports and presentations for senior management. Additionally, youll identify process improvements within the FP&A function, streamlining reporting and enhancing data analysis and reporting capabilities. Your Profile Were looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented FP&A Analyst who is a qualified accountant (ACCA, CIMA, ACA) with a Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. With 3-5 years of experience in FP&A or corporate finance, youll bring strong expertise in financial modelling, budgeting, and forecastingideally within a large corporation or a fast-paced, growth-driven environment. Youll need to be highly proficient with financial tools like Excel and Power BI, with a deep understanding of financial statements and accounting principles. If youre a sharp analytical thinker with excellent communication skills, a knack for solving problems, and the ability to juggle multiple priorities, we want you on our team!
