Role Summary We are actively looking for a FP&A Analyst to join our team.
You will be responsible for effective planning and analysis activities including budget and forecast modelling, decision support analysis, margin and profitability assessments, variance analysis, comparative trend analysis and support of the overall growth agenda for Kepak Foods Division.
Reporting to: Head of Finance (IOI & EU)
Works closely with: IOI & EU Foods Division Commercial Team (Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain)
Job Type: Permanent Full-Time
Role Responsibilities: Develop financial models and provide forecasting for current and new commercial opportunities.Hands-on support in ensuring the feasibility and accuracy of Joint Business Plans (JBPs) for key customer accounts in partnership with Account Managers / Controllers, looking at both internal and customer metrics and tracking performance year-on-year and versus budget.Pro-actively find and highlight any key performance gaps, guiding and working through scenarios to reduce such variances.To assist in the enhancement of net profitability at a customer level by looking at trade / promotional investment as well as production and distribution specifics (i.e. full Cost to Serve).Form an integral part of key Customer Development Teams (CDTs), working as part of a cross-functional group designed to identify opportunities to improve account performance.Co-ordinate all budgeting and forecasting processes.Ad hoc and high value-add analysis as required.SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE/EXPERIENCE: Qualified Accountant (CIMA / ACCA / ACA or Equivalent) is essential.Minimum of 2 years experience gained within a commercial FMCG environment.Broad business appreciation, including production, supply chain and category implications.Relevant hands-on experience in financial analysis, forecasting, budgeting and planning best practice.Benefits: Hybrid workingBonusPension22 days annual leave (with a purchase leave of up to 5 additional annual leave days option)Paid Maternity LeaveResponsibility where you will have autonomy in your role from day oneLearning and Development opportunitiesKepak Keep Well employee wellbeing initiativesBike to Work schemeExcellent Spirit team to engage with colleagues socially.Kepak is an Equal Opportunities Employer Note: as with all positions, due to the nature of the business, key responsibilities will evolve and change over time.
