Financial Planning ConsultantDo you have experience providing consultative financial planning advice? Would you like to be part of a highly qualified team that helps individuals make better financial decisions through cashflow modelling? If so, this may be the role for you!
This hybrid role provides flexibility to work both virtually and from our Dublin office.

What the day will look likeYou will be providing tailored advice to individual clients on retirement planning, investments, and all areas of Financial Planning.
Key Responsibilities include: Meeting clients / Generating Leads / Project workProviding financial advice to a new and existing client baseManaging and continuously building relationships with the Aon client portfolioDeveloping new business opportunities through internal and external channelsAchieving agreed sales targets and team-based goalsAdhering to standards/codes/rules set by regulators & AonManaging local projects that contribute to the overall team proposition.Skills and experience that will lead to successPrevious consultative financial planning experience using Voyant as the basis of client engagementsAcquired or working towards Certified Financial Planner (CFP) qualificationStrong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain solid client relationshipsStrong history of delivering on agreed sales targetsUnderstanding of relevant regulatory requirementsBackground in generating leads from a Corporate client baseAbility to build strong internal relationships, trust, and credibilityExcellent presentation and communication skillsTeam player with a focus on working as one teamPossess a full driver's license.How we support our colleaguesIn addition to our comprehensive benefits package, we encourage a diverse workforce.
