Our client, a leading law firm in Dublin, is seeking to recruit a Solicitor for their Financial Regulation team.

The Role
The team provides advice to domestic and international clients on all aspects of Irish and EU financial services regulation including:
FinTech – E-money/payments, crypto, and crowd fundingConduct of Business including MiFID, market abuse, and prospectus issuesLicensing and authorisationCapital requirements and Codes of conductAll aspects of Central Bank and EU regulationThe Person Qualified Solicitor with 1+ years PQE in private practice or in-house legal departmentExperience in financial regulation or experience in banking law with a keen interest in financial regulation lawExcellent communicator with strong attention to detailInterested applicants should contact Vicki Weinmann in strict confidence on +353 1 5313745 or submit your CV to ******.
