Financial Reporting Manager

Job Description Our client, a renowned E commerce company headquartered in China, is creating the Finance Team in Dublin, Ireland.
We are seeking an experienced Financial Reporting Manager to join the team.
Responsibilities:- Develop and optimize the financial reporting working procedure, as well as the Financial Accounting and Reporting Policies;- Act as the primary source of advice for Financial Accounting and Reporting queries.- Manage the preparation of financial reports on all periodic basis.- Manage the review of statutory financial statements.- Drive projects, provide finance guidance and often serve as the first point of contact for finance and business partners to resolve issues.- Supervise and assist in the training and development of the financial reporting team.
Preferred Qualifications: -English proficiency and basic conversational Chinese proficiency are required.- 7+ years of finance experience or at least 3 years' experience in financial or regulatory reporting- Qualified Accountant (AICPA or equivalent)- E-commerce background, including working in a high-volume payment processing environment- Excellent understanding of IFRS and US GAAP reporting requirements.- Experience working in a Big-4 public accounting firm is preferred- Strong interpersonal written and oral communication skills- Strong intellect and analytical skills- Be able to work in a fast-paced start-up Check Your Resume for Match Upload your resume and our tool will compare it to the requirements for this job like recruiters do.
