Financial Reporting Manager - Mandarin Language

About Our Client Our client is a growing ecommerce business that has recently set up HQ in Dublin.
Job Description Develop and optimize the financial reporting working procedure, as well as the Financial Accounting and Reporting Policies.Act as the primary source of advice for Financial Accounting and Reporting queries.Manage the preparation of financial reports on a periodic basis.Manage the review of statutory financial statements.Drive projects, provide finance guidance, and serve as the first point of contact for finance and business partners to resolve issues.Supervise and assist in the training and development of the financial reporting team.The Successful Applicant 7+ years of finance experience or at least 3 years experience in financial or regulatory reporting.Qualified Accountant (AICPA or equivalent).E-commerce background, including working in a high-volume payment processing environment.Excellent understanding of IFRS and US GAAP reporting requirements.Experience working in a Big-4 public accounting firm is preferred.Strong interpersonal written and oral communication skills.Strong intellect and analytical skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced start-up environment.To work with teams in the US, Ireland, and mainland China, a minimum of English proficiency and basic conversational Chinese proficiency are required.What's on Offer On-site position within a vibrant Dublin 2 location.Manage a growing team and get involved in some business-critical pipeline such as IPO.International exposure and opportunities.Attractive remuneration and benefits package.
