Are you our next FS Audit Manager within our Dublin Office?
Location: Dublin, as part of our hybrid working model. Grade: Manager Contract type: Permanent A snapshot of your peer group: Qualified accountant (Chartered Accountant or equivalent)Excellent knowledge of accounting and auditing, preferably obtained in a "Big 4/Top 10" environmentExperience with financial services clientsAt least four years in a professional audit environment, including at least one year as manager/assistant managerExcellent project management skillsYour responsibilities and achievements will evolve as you enhance your career with us. Here is what you can initially expect: Responsibility for a portfolio of audit clients in the investment management, leasing, insurance and banking sectorsPlanning of audit – timing, staffing and structureLiaising closely with clients in relation to planning and closing meetings, and discussing business developments generallyReviewing audit work papersResearching and resolving technical queries from clientsReviewing and finalising financial statementsAssisting in managing a group of seniors and traineesMonitoring the development of seniors and trainees and playing an active role in the performance appraisal processParticipating in the delivery of training courses to staffStrong interpersonal skills, drive and enthusiasm are a pre-requisite for this role.Your team: KPMG is a world leader in serving the financial services industry.
