Role The Finished Goods Administrator will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the export of outbound product leaving the site, ensuring that all necessary customs tasks are completed, to ensure the movement is customs compliant, and successfully delivered in agreed lead times.
Responsibilities Sales Order Processing, CSL & Shortage reporting etc.
Management of volume disputes & claims Managing the day-to-day transaction activity for all exports and ensuring that Site Customs Processes are followed The successful candidate will have the ability to monitor performance against expectations consistently.
Co-ordinate with Freight Companies to ensure that customs requirements are being met and not impacting the efficient delivery of product Ensure all shipping documentation is generated in an accurate and timely manner.
Participation in all continuous improvement initiatives.
Job Requirements Good communication skills SAP experience preferable.
The successful candidate will possess the ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.
Comfortable with analysis of data and reporting Strong attention to detail.
