Job Description: We are currently seeking an experienced Finishing Foreman for a permanent position.
The role will begin with an immediate start on a project in Athlone, due to finish in January.
Afterward, you will move on to a major refurbishment project in Mullingar, which is expected to last 1.5 years.
Key Responsibilities: * Supervise and manage finishing works on-site, ensuring top-quality project completion * Coordinate daily tasks with subcontractors, tradespeople, and the site management team * Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations * Maintain project timelines and enforce quality control * Lead and manage the site team, resolving on-site challenges as they arise * Provide regular progress updates to senior management Requirements: * Proven experience as a Finishing Foreman in the construction industry * Immediate availability and ability to hit the ground running * Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills * Knowledge of health and safety regulations * Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet deadlines Benefits: * Permanent position with a leading main contractor * Competitive salary * Opportunity to work on significant, high-profile projects * Long-term career progression opportunities
