Job Description:We are seeking an experienced Finishing Foreman to oversee and manage the completion stages of a high-quality residential project in Dublin.
This role requires a motivated and detail-oriented professional who can ensure all finishing tasks are carried out to the highest standards within set deadlines.
Key Responsibilities:Oversee all finishing works on-site, ensuring adherence to the project specifications, quality standards, and timelines.Manage and supervise subcontractors and trades, ensuring smooth coordination across tasks such as painting, tiling, joinery, and final snagging.Enforce strict compliance with health and safety regulations on-site, ensuring a safe working environment for all.Resolve on-site issues efficiently while maintaining quality and schedules.Lead the snagging process and ensure all defects are rectified to the satisfaction of the client and project manager.Liaise with the Project Manager, site team, and clients to ensure smooth delivery of all finishing phases.Requirements:Experience: Proven experience as a Finishing Foreman on residential construction projects.Strong knowledge of construction finishes and the ability to manage high-end finishing worksQualifications: A trade qualification (e.g., carpentry, joinery, or similar) is preferred but not essential.Knowledge of health and safety regulations.Valid Safe Pass and Manual Handling certification.
