Finishing Foreman | Dublin €65k - €80k (DOE) Tier 1, main contractor is seeking a Finishing Foreman responsible for overseeing all aspects of the finishing stage of a commercial construction project.
Finishing Foreman Responsibilities: * Supervision & Coordination * Quality Control & Inspections * Safety Management * Communication & Reporting * Materials Management * General Finishing Forman Duties Finishing Foreman Qualifications: * Trades background is preferred (Preferably Carpentry) * Strong leadership and supervisory skills * Minimum 3 years as finishing foreman with main contractor * Effective communication and interpersonal skills Finishing Foreman benefits: * Base salary commensurate to skills and experience as finishing foreman * Comprehensive company benefits package
