The CSR Group is looking to recruit an experienced Finishing Foreman for a Medium Sized Residential Project in South County Dublin. This Project is well underway and looking for someone with a keen eye and good work ethic to join a great company who are market leaders in the industry. Mainly consisting of apartments, this project has a total value of over €30 million.

The RoleWorking Closely with the Site Manager and Project Manager.Overseeing all designated work.Ensuring best H&S practices are being followed.Attend all relevant meetings.Planning the works to be carried out.Making sure all work carried out is to spec.The PersonTrade background highly beneficial.Main Contracting experience.Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.The ability to ensure the successful delivery of projects while keeping a firm eye on quality.5 years' experience in a similar role.For more information or to discuss in confidence, please contact Daniel Devery at CSR on 02892627488.
