Responsibilities :Supervise and manage all finishing works on the residential development, ensuring high-quality standards are maintained and project deadlines are met.Coordinate with subcontractors and trades to ensure a smooth workflow and timely completion of tasks.Perform regular site inspections to monitor progress, assess quality, and ensure adherence to safety regulations.Address and resolve any issues or defects that arise during the finishing stage.Ensure all work is completed according to project specifications, plans, and regulatory standards.Collaborate with project managers, architects, and other stakeholders to report progress and resolve any concerns.Maintain accurate records of completed work, materials used, and any deviations from the project plan.Enforce health and safety protocols, ensuring a safe work environment for all personnel.Requirements:Proven experience as a Finishing Foreman with a minimum of 3 years in a similar role on residential or commercial developments.Strong carpentry background with hands-on experience in finishing work.Excellent leadership and team management skills.Ability to read and interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications.Strong problem-solving abilities and keen attention to detail.Effective communication and interpersonal skills.Knowledge of health and safety regulations and best practices in construction.Qualifications:Full EU driving license.Eligibility to work in Europe.Carpenter by trade.Benefits:Competitive salary up to €75k, depending on experience.Annual performance-based bonus.Company car or car allowance.Application Process:If you're interested in the Finishing Foreman role, apply through this job board or send your updated CV to .
