Responsibilities :Oversee and manage all finishing works on the residential development, ensuring that high-quality standards are upheld and project timelines are met.Coordinate with subcontractors and tradespeople to ensure efficient workflow and timely task completion.Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, assess quality, and ensure compliance with safety regulations.Address and resolve any issues or defects that arise during the finishing phase.Ensure that all work is completed in accordance with project specifications, plans, and regulatory requirements.Liaise with project managers, architects, and other stakeholders to communicate progress and address any concerns.Maintain accurate records of work completed, materials used, and any deviations from the project plan.Implement and enforce health and safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for all personnel.Requirements: Proven experience as a Finishing Foreman with at least 3 years in a similar role on residential or commercial developments.Strong carpentry background with hands-on experience in finishing works.Excellent leadership and team management abilities.Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints, plans, and specifications.Strong problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail.Effective communication and interpersonal skills.Knowledge of health and safety regulations and best practices in construction.Qualifications:Full EU driving license.Must be eligible to work in Europe.Carpenter by TradeBenefits: Competitive salary up to €70k, depending on experience.Annual performance-based bonus.Company car or car allowance.Application Process:If you are interested in this Finishing Foreman position, please apply through this job board or send your updated CV to .
