Finishing Manager

The role
We are seeking an experienced, professional Finishing Foreman to manage the day to day finishing of one of our Dublin based projects.
Key Responsibilities Ensuring work is carried out in accordance with the specification and programmeCo-ordinating and managing of subcontractorsEnsuring work is carried out safely to the highest of standardsManaging health and safety delivery on siteAttending weekly management team meetingMaintaining the site diary – recording manpower levels for each sub-contractor and keeping detailed notes of all site activitiesCompiling labour allocation sheets for Bennett direct and hired labourAssisting with the control of plant and equipment on siteProviding clear leadership and direction, to those under your control, while maintaining a professional manner is essentialYou will need Minimum of 5 years General Foreman / Finishing Foreman experience, preferably within large sitesExperience in finishing hotels, or at least one of our other key areas - commercial, residential, data centresTrade Qualification or Construction related qualificationExtensive experience in effective management of sub-contractorsAbility to work to tight deadlinesExcellent interpersonal skills, strong oral and written communication skillsPC Skills to complete timesheets, requisitions etcLocation: Dublin
