Firmware Engineer – Rtos, Bare-Metal And Embedded!

Irish-based and Irish-owned company with multinational (US, UK and more) partnerships Direct impact on modern healthcare devices Grow even further alongside the company This Firmware Engineer role is with a Dublin-based and Irish-owned company that focuses on the manufacturing of modern healthcare and patientcare devices with various functions, including drug delivery, medication adherence, implantable systems, wearable devices and others. This role is a direct result of their hard work over the years as it's incremental headcount – the candidate would be a new person on a well-established team.

The typical day-to-day for this Firmware Engineer role would consist of working with Embedded C / C++ on low-level systems, with heavy involvement of RTOS and bare-metal systems. You will be working on modern devices, problem-solving and really getting into the nooks and crannies of these complex devices with the goal of improving healthcare and patientcare nationwide and eventually globally. 

The ideal candidate for this Firmware Engineer role has at least 3 years of experience with Embedded Software, RTOS and bare-metal systems, preferably within an organization that focuses on healthcare or pharmaceuticals. This is a mid-senior role with a scope to progress into even more senior roles down the line.

This is a hybrid role based in Dublin. The company has a 3-day in-office policy. Ideal candidates are Dublin-based but relocations from other parts of Ireland are welcome.
