Our client, a leading seafood company, is seeking an experienced Fish Filleter to join their team in Union Hall, West Cork. As a key member of the team, you will play an important role in ensuring that their high standards of quality and productivity are maintained. Pay from €14.50 per hour Company pension Option for accommodation walking distance from workplace On-site parking 8 hour, day shift Overtime available Saturday availability Responsibilities and Duties: Keep a clean and safe work area. Clean and sanitise the work area and equipment. Fillet, package, and price seafood items for sale Qualifications and Skills: Previous experience working with fish or meat is an advantage but full training will be provided (knife skills are an advantage).
