Fit-Out Site Manager

Our client is seeking a highly skilled Fit-Out Site Manager to oversee the fit-out of a 5.6 million healthcare facility project in Dublin. As the Fit-Out Site Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the fit-out process, ensuring quality, safety, and timely completion of the project.
Key Responsibilities: Coordinate and manage all fit-out activities on-site, including scheduling, budgeting, and quality control.Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure project requirements are met.Monitor and enforce compliance with health and safety regulations and quality standards.Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets effectively to ensure project success.Provide regular progress reports to stakeholders and address any issues or delays promptly.Requirements: Proven experience as a Fit-Out Site Manager, preferably in healthcare facility projects.Strong knowledge of fit-out processes, construction methods, and materials.Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.Relevant qualifications in construction management or a related field.
