Reporting To - Operations Manager Contract Type - Full Time, Permanent.
Hours of Work - 39 hours a week, Monday to Sunday Annual Salary -€37,856 per annum Previous Experience -Minimum 3 year in a similar role - Extensive Group Exercise Experience Key Competencies- Adaptability, Leader, Integrity, Flexibility Essential Qualifications -Degree in Business/Sport/Recreation/Exercise - NCEF/NCEHS Instructors Certificate (or equivalent) Key Duties - Lead, inspire and support the fitness team, creating a positive, results focussed, high energy culture.
Develop an effective member centric fitness journey.
Train the fitness team ensuring they have the technical and personal skills to deliver our fitness experience.
Implement an exciting group exercise program that appeals to our members.
Lead the members sales and retention process.
Implement an effective member communications strategy.
Deliver member service excellence, implementation of all operational procedures.
Maintain understanding of local fitness industry and competitors knowledge.
Assist the Operations Manager with rostering, administration and other duties.
Administrator for Gym Management / Membership system (Legend) Stock control for all nutritional products, first aid and cleaning products.
Health and Safety representative for all fitness related activities.
