Fitter

Currently recruiting a skilled Maintenance Fitter to join a manufacturing team focused on maximizing asset up-time through planned and preventative maintenance.
Shift : Monday to Friday Monday - Thursday : 12:00am - 07:30am Friday : 7:30pm - 04:30am Roles and Responsibilities : Perform maintenance, repairs, and installations on mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic equipment across the site.
Diagnose and resolve issues swiftly with strong problem-solving abilities.
Collaborate independently with OEMs and external contractors on maintenance and installations.
Foster a proactive safety culture by adhering to and promoting safe working practices.
Utilise CMMS to document all planned, reactive, and project-related maintenance work.
Qualifications & Skills : Maintenance Fitter Craft Certificate (or equivalent).
Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in an industrial environment.
Strong technical skills with the ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
Proficiency in fault-finding and problem-solving is essential.
