THE ROLEWe are looking for skilled and passionate individuals who excel in craftsmanship, mechanics, and hands-on problem-solving to join our team as Rental Fleet Agent at our depot.
This role is critical to ensuring our fleet of campervans is maintained at the highest standards, enabling our customers to embark on unforgettable journeys.As a Fleet Technician, you will be part of our Dublin team and work with the UKI & Nordics Regional Team and your primary responsibility is to maintain our campervans available at all times and at the highest possible condition, contributing to an efficient operation and customer satisfaction.

WHAT WILL YOU WORK ON?Reporting directly to the the local leader, your primary responsibility will be executing all processes and procedures related to that objective, namely: Conduct systematic inspection to vehicles and diagnose problems on vehicles' mechanical, electrical, heating, and water systems.Perform maintenance and repairs on campervans and motorhomes, including: Preventive and corrective maintenanceLight bodywork repairs that involve spare parts replacement (lightbulbs, windows, side mirrors)Campervan spare parts substitution and repairsCampervan appliances troubleshooting and repairsMaintain and develop the relationships with external partnersCoordinating the execution of vehicles' interventions with external suppliers and regional teamsMaintain all vehicle information systems updated according to the established proceduresMove campervans to and from local vendors, parking facilities or other depotsMaintain depot equipment and spare parts organized and cleanMaintain spare parts inventory systems updated at all times As part of the local team, you will also be part of the daily operations of the depot and will execute tasks related to that effect, namely: Preparation of vehicles and equipment for customersAssist with handling incoming reservations, welcoming guests and taking care of check-ins and check-outsReceive and collect shipments and supplies, organize them in storage area, register item consumption and new ordersMaintain depot equipment, extras and consumables stored at the depot WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
Education or certified training in mechanics, mechatronics technical or a similar program in the automotive industryAt least 1+ years of experience with hands-on mechanical and electrical repairs - experience in campervans is a plusYou must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
Technical degree preferredAvailable to work weekends and holidaysValid Driver's LicenseEnglish proficiency, and good communication skills
