Floor Manager

NoLIta is one of the citys best and most loved nightlife spots.
We are now looking for an experienced and ambitious Floor Manager to join the team.
Key Responsibilities Ensure smooth running of the floor operations during service Ensure that all food and beverage is served efficiently and to the correct standard of presentation Efficiently manage the wait staff team Assist the General Manager with the weekly rosters for wait staff Lead and maintain the continuous training of the wait staff Maintain continuous communication with the Host and the Sales & Reservations department to efficiently and effectively manage all bookings Maintain continuous communication with the Head Chef and the kitchen team Correctly handle any guest complaints or dissatisfaction Assist with recruitment of new wait staff when required Assist management with sales reports Candidate Requirements 2+ years experience in a similar F&B role Strong leadership skills Ability to work calmy and efficiently under pressure Exceptional customer relations skills Display a high level of attention to detail Excellent presentation and a professional manner Experience with reservations platforms i.e.
