Position: Duty Manager Location: Limerick, Ireland Responsibilities: As a Duty Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our client's store.
Your key responsibilities will include: Providing strong leadership to the team, fostering motivation, and delivering exceptional customer service.
Managing day-to-day store activities, including inventory control, merchandising, and overall store maintenance.
Collaborating with team members to understand and address staffing needs.
Posting job openings, sourcing candidates, and conducting initial screenings and interviews.
Maintaining high standards of customer service, resolving concerns promptly and effectively.
Utilizing your expertise in retail and management to identify and develop the right talent.
Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
Requirements: The ideal candidate will have: Proven experience in a similar role within the retail sector.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Knowledge of ambient, fresh, and grocery product management.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
Flexibility to work on Sundays (1 in 3 weeks).
Salary: Competitive salary up to 38,000 euro per annum, based on experience.
