Building a sustainable tomorrow We are looking for experienced Cleaning Operatives to join our team at BAM FM in Dublin City Centre, on a part-time evening basis.
This is a great opportunity for a customer focused individual to join a world leading facilities management company to work in a corporate facility environment.
Your mission Ensure all areas are cleaned efficiently and in a timely manner to the required standards, in line with the cleaning service schedules and specifications.
This will include weekly and periodic tasks.
Take part in employee training to develop and maintain a full understanding of Health and Safety, COSHH, cleaning methods, cleaning training and site-specific processes and procedures.
Escalate any maintenance or repair needs as required.
Monitor cleaning supplies, ensuring you have what you need to uphold our high standards of cleaning services.
Who are we looking for?
Previous cleaning experience is an asset, but certainly not essential.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Ability to work both independently and as part of our team.
Flexibility to adapt to changing cleaning priorities.
