Job Overview We are currently recruiting for an FM Contracts Manager for a number of our key contracts in the Facilities Management Division in OCS.
We are now inviting applications for this position, which reports directly to the OCS Operations Manager.
Key Responsibilities: Overall Management of FM Hard Services and Soft Services on multi-site, national contracts.
Contract Budget Management, ensuring all costings (fixed, project and reactive) are uploaded to systems, submitted on time and are accurate.
Responsible for managing all sub-contractors, service providers, and specialist consultants that service the contracts.
