Food & Beverage Assistant: We are seeking enthusiastic, hardworking individuals to join our team at The House Hotel.
The Role Delivery of amazing service and consistently high standards at all time.
Regular guests are known and greeted accordingly using their name.
Ensure a good working knowledge of food, all beverages and wine.
Be able to make recommendations.
Be friendly, courteous and professional at all times.
Up-sell and maximise sales revenue whenever and wherever possible.
Assisting in lounge, restaurant or other departments as required.
Average of 30h/pw over 4/5 working days The Person Previous hotel experience in a 4/5-star hotel property is preferred.
Previous experience in a high volume/ fast paced environment.
Previous experience in a busy food and beverage operation.
Fluent English and excellent communication skills.
Micros Experience would be preferable.
Mid week and weekend availability required.
