Food And Beverage Manager

Red Chair Recruitment are currently recruiting for an experienced part-time Food & Beverage Manager for one of our well-established clients based in Bandon, Co. Cork.
The main responsibilities for the role will be to manage the smooth running of the food and beverage department whilst ensuring exceptional customer service is provided. You will be working in a busy bar and restaurant, serving food and beverages to customers, taking orders, rotating stock, and providing exceptional customer service.
REQUIREMENTS: 3+ Years Bar & Restaurant serving experience essential for the role.Excellent Communication, Organization and Time Management skills.Well-presented and friendly, customer orientated manner.Flexible attitude to shifts as this role is 20 hours per week and includes mornings, evenings, and weekends/bank holidays.Experience with credit card transactions and cash handling.PACKAGE ON OFFER: Competitive salary of €20,000 dependent on experience.Flexible working hours, working 20 hours per week.Potential to make good tips.Other benefits will be discussed at interview stage.If you have the necessary experience and are interested in this position, please feel free to apply or send your CV directly to Grace at ******.
