We are currently seeking an experienced hospitality professional to join the team as a F&B Supervisor and continue the longstanding tradition of the highest customer care, attention and service at The Hardiman.
We require a talented Food & Beverage Supervisor to help lead our team to deliver excellent service to our guests.
This will include supervising all areas of the restaurant including ensuring set up for service, meeting & greeting guests and ensuring the efficient and smooth running of service.
Essential Requirements: Minimum 2 years' experience as a Restaurant Supervisor in Ireland Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, creative problem solving skills and the ability to prioritise workload.
Experience of working in a busy environment and working to tight deadlines Demonstrated ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team to meet immovable deadlines Excellent organisational skills/time management attention to detail and excellent written communication skills Experience of producing and manipulating reports A flexible approach to work and openness to assisting the operation from time to time. Experience in a wide variety of office applications/software package Fluency in English plus one other European language would be advantageous.
Ability to work a variety of shifts across breakfast, lunch & evening service, over a 7 day period.
