The Galway Bay Hotel is currently recruiting a Food and Beverage Supervisor to join our award-winning team.

The purpose of this role is to support Management with the day-to-day running of the Food and Beverage operations by leading and engaging the team to achieve exceptional standards of guest care at all times.
Main Responsibilities: Staff management and training Ensuring an excellent, high standard of customer service and hospitality Responsibility for outlet cleaning Maximising sales opportunities Adhering to all Hotel policies including HACCP and Cash Handling A little bit about you: You have 1-2 years supervisory experience in a Food and Beverage role (preferred) You have a strong ability to work under pressure, working efficiently while maintaining a warm and engaging persona You are an energetic, customer focused individual who enjoys working as part of a dynamic, fun team You have excellent communication skills and an inviting manner Why work with us?
