The Hyatt Centric is delighted to invite applicants for the position of Food and Beverage Supervisor.
This is Ireland's first Hyatt Hotel.
Adjacent to St Patrick's Cathedral, this 234 bedroom 4 Star property will include restaurant, bar, meeting and event facilities and fitness centre.

Main Duties Supervise and manage the day-to-day Food and Beverage operations.
Lead, train, and motivate team members to ensure service excellence.
Handle guest inquiries and complaints efficiently and professionally and keep Senior Manager informed.
Ensure the highest levels of Customer Care are practised at all times.
Ensure cash/vouchers and all forms of payment are handled in a secure and responsible manner in the Restaurant.
Ensure compliance with hygiene, health, and safety regulations.
Assist in managing budgets, cost control, and inventory.
Collaborate with the kitchen and bar teams to maintain seamless operations.
Required Skills and Qualifications: Previous experience in a supervisory role in Food and Beverage, preferably in a Hotel setting.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent problem-solving and organisational skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to manage a team effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
