Main Responsibilities of Food & Beverage Assistant: To follow agreed Brand Standards for service of Food & Beverage.
To serve all our guests in a friendly, efficient and professional manner.
To ensure cleanliness levels are maintained to a high standard in the bar and restaurant.
To greet all guests in a warm and friendly manner.
To ensure the correct uniform including name badge is worn at all times.
All staff should be presentable at all times and in adherence to the grooming standards in the staff handbook.
To deal with any customer complaints in a professional and efficient manner, ensuring guest satisfaction at all times.
To ensure any complaints and incidents are brought to your manager or supervisors' attention at the time.
To welcome guests in a warm and friendly manner.
To ascertains their dining/lodging needs.
To seat guests and manage the seating chart.
To monitor the restaurant activity to determine seating and dining flow.
To respond to guest inquiries and requests in a timely, friendly, and efficient manner.
To perform opening and closing duties, as needed.
To assist others with side work including, but not limited to cleaning, stocking, folding silverware, etc.
To help fellow team members and other departments wherever necessary to maintain positive working relationships.
