About the Role: As a Food & Beverage Assistant, you will play an integral role in providing exceptional service to guests within the restaurant, bar, and other dining areas.
You will ensure that every guest enjoys a memorable dining experience by delivering high standards of service, attention to detail, and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities: Provide attentive and efficient service to guests in dining and bar areas.
Take food and drink orders, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables, dining rooms, and service stations.
Assist in setting up and clearing tables for guests, ensuring a smooth dining experience.
Handle guest inquiries and requests in a polite and professional manner.
Ensure the highest standards of hygiene and cleanliness in all food service areas.
About You: Previous experience in food and beverage service, preferably in a luxury or hospitality environment.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
A keen eye for detail and a passion for delivering exceptional service.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
