Food & Beverage Assistant

Metro Hotel Dublin Airport, a 4* hotel just minutes from Dublin Airport is currently recruiting an experienced Food & Beverage assistant available to work early mornings and late evenings.
Reporting to the Food & Beverage Manager you will convey a positive and professional image of the hotel to both customers and colleagues in an efficient, friendly and helpful manner, while ensuring that all duties are conducted to required standards.
Main responsibilities: To help create a well-run and efficient bar and restaurant service To create a relaxed, friendly atmosphere with maximum efficiency on procedures, standards and customer service Anticipate guests needs in order to enhance service quality and increase customer satisfaction Deliver service consistently Deal with any customer queries and complaints that may arise in a professional and efficient manner To ensure that the restaurant environment is clean, tidy and pleasant at all times The ideal candidate for this position: Must have experience in a similar role Must be passionate about food Must have a hands on approach Must be able to multi-task Must be able to approach all encounters with guests and employees in a friendly and service oriented manner Must be aware of and adhere to prevailing legislation in relation to the service of food and drink Must be able to work as part of a team in a busy Restaurant environment Must be flexible in relation to business needs Must be able to work late evenings, early mornings and weekends Must have a good command of the English language Must have excellent self-presentation Skills: Experienced, Customer Focus Team Player Benefits: Parking Canteen Uniform
