We are currently recruiting for the Experienced Waiter / Waitress & Bar assistant positions within our Restaurant & Bar Team.
The Slieve Russell Hotel is Located in Co. Cavan, just 90 minutes from Dublin and provides luxury award-winning 4* hotel accommodation.
The Hotel is set on 300 acres of land, including 50 acres of lakes, an 18-hole championship golf course, a par 3 Academy Golf Course , a superb leisure centre , a state-of-the-art conference centre and an award-winning luxury Spa.
The role will involve meeting and greeting customers and guests in a polite, friendly and inviting manner, taking customer breakfast, lunch & dinner orders accurately, ensuring orders are processed correctly, restocking the buffet section, ensuring your sections are set and clearing tables, to deliver service to the highest standard while demonstrating a professional manner.
The role will involve morning/early afternoon, middle & evening shifts.
Work will involve a mixture of midweek & weekend days.
What are we looking for?
Excellent presentation, Customer service and communication skills, Excellent command of the English Language Experience in a waiting role would be a distinct advantage.
