Here at Cliff at Lyons, we have a fantastic opportunity for you to join our breakfast team as a full-time food & beverage assistant.
As the friendly, welcoming face of our breakfast restaurant, you will be in charge of giving our patrons an outstanding dining experience and making them feel at home in our magnificent hotel.
Main Responsibilities        To ensure that the day to day running of The Breakfast Service operates in an efficient and professional manner with a high level of guest satisfaction.
         Procedures and standards of service must be followed at all times ensuring a high level of consistency and professionalism within room service.
         All tasks and duties to be carried out with the maximum speed to improve the efficiency of the operation but always maintain control and professionalism.
         To possess product knowledge of the drinks and food items, together with the services within this department.
To also have a good working knowledge of all services within the hotel.
         To clean agreed designated areas and set tables to required standards, ensuring that the table linen is clean and undamaged.
