We are currently recruiting a Food & Beverage Coordinator to join our Food & Beverage team at Carton House.
Key Responsibilities: Provide support to the Director of Food & Beverage and senior F&B managers with administrative duties.
Monitor the dining reservation Inbox for the Hotel.
Respond to all F&B guest correspondence via phone, email and messaging tools.
Liaising with Marketing department on various projects, menu updates and promotional content.
Work closely with the HR Department regarding onboarding of Food & Beverage new starters and matters relating to employees in the department.
Ensure all information is current and up to date on Sevenrooms platform, training new users as required.
Liaise effectively with internal team members to complete tasks.
The successful candidate will: Ability to work on own initiative.
A real understanding of hotel operation.
Excellent communication skills with excellent spoken & written English.
Previous hospitality experience desired. A structured and organized approach to work planning.
