We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Food & Beverage Manager to oversee all aspects of the food and beverage operations in a 4* Hotel in Galway.
The ideal candidate will be passionate about hospitality and possess a strong background in managing restaurant and bar operations within a hotel setting.
Key Responsibilities: Oversee the daily operations of all food and beverage outlets, including restaurants, bars, banqueting and room service.
Develop and implement innovative food and beverage menus that enhance guest satisfaction and drive revenue.
Ensure high standards of food quality, presentation, and service are maintained at all times.
Manage and train the food and beverage team, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
Monitor and analyze financial performance, including budgets, forecasts, and revenue management.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as food safety standards.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional activities and events that boost business.
Build strong relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure the best quality products.
Handle guest feedback and inquiries promptly and professionally, striving for continuous improvement.
Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in food and beverage management, preferably in a hotel environment in Ireland.
Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations, including menu development and cost control.
Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficient in relevant software (e.g., POS systems, inventory management tools).
Passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences and a keen eye for detail.
