We have a great opportunity for an experienced Food & Beverage Manager to join our team at Clink i Lár Hostel, Dublin, Ireland. Reporting into the General Manager, this role has full responsibility for the successful and profitable running of all F&B outlets within the hostel. You will be supported by a Bar Team Lead as well as a team of Clinkees who are passionate about what they do.

Our F&B Department is a vital part of the guest experience while staying at Clink i Lár. From starting the day with a great breakfast, enjoying something to eat in our bar, to meeting other like-minded people during our nightly events in our WunderBar, you and your team are responsible for bringing the WOW factor to our guests and creating unique and lasting memories of their stay with us.
What will I be doing?
Some of your key responsibilities are:
Ensure that all F&B outlets are looking their best, the vibe of the hostel is in-tune with our brand and the highest standards are maintained in all areas.Engage in continuous feedback with your team, conduct shift briefings, weekly team meetings, monthly Manager meetings.Communicate information at all opportunities and encourage team participation in surveys, training, and social events.Lead from the front by running and overseeing events and remaining hands-on during busy times.Grow revenue in all F&B outlets, encouraging upselling to increase revenue.Accountable for all aspects of HACCP and hygiene controls in your department, ensure records are kept up to date and relevant training is conducted with your team in relation to food & drink hygiene.Be guest-focused, listen to the needs of the guest, identify gaps in service and look at creative ways to close those gaps.Live our values of Guest, In-Tune, Dedication, and Difference through your behaviours.Stock control and ordering.Who are you?
You are someone who has travelled and can relate to our guests, who is not afraid to be brave or to be the best you can be. Previous experience working in a leadership role within hospitality is essential as well as experience in a leadership position. You can work in a fast-paced environment and work well under pressure. You are fun, energetic, open to new challenges, and can seek solutions to our guest queries. You have great communication skills and a strong food and beverage service background. You need to be eligible to work in Ireland full-time and currently living here.
