Position Overview Lead hospital procurement strategy to optimize product sourcing, support business growth objectives, and develop the Procurement Team through coaching and mentorship.
Key Responsibilities Procurement Strategy & Operations Develop and implement cost-effective procurement strategies for ULMs & Shorts to meet patient needs.
Source suppliers via existing and new channels, negotiating optimal pricing and quality.
Manage supplier relationships, price negotiations, POs, and order placement.
Support Key Account Managers and Customer Service on critical procurement requests and backorders.
Streamline supply chain and logistics processes to enhance efficiency.
Identify and capitalize on procurement trends, business opportunities, and partnerships.
Maintain compliance with quality governance standards.
Monitor inventory levels to minimize waste and ensure critical stock availability.
Develop forecasts and track usage patterns for timely replenishment.
Leadership Provide clear direction on strategy, objectives, and expectations for the Procurement Team.
Coach, mentor, and support team growth using MFSs performance framework.
Drive innovation by exploring new procurement practices, sourcing strategies, and supplier partnerships.
Foster collaboration and maintain productive relationships across teams.
Promote a culture of quality, accuracy, and process consistency.
Contribute to talent development and retention initiatives.
Qualifications & Experience 3+ years experience in a procurement/management role within Pharmaceuticals/Medical Devices.
Strong business acumen and organizational skills in fast-paced settings.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite and analytical initiatives management.
