Job Description?Our client is an established contractor working with Dublin based clients.They are seeking an experienced fit out foreman / site managerTrade Background / Qualification or Construction related qualification Experience on various types of fit out projects Responsible for the day to day managing of the siteMaintain a constant drive to achieve production outputs in order to meet targets while maintaining quality standards Manage the work flow of sub-contractors ensuring they're in line with the programme of works on site Implement Health & Safety procedures Contribute to the delivery of the project on time and within budget.
3 plus?years' experience in the role of construction site finishing foreman Package€60k - €75k negotiable based on experienceFull time permanent staff role, company van, laptop & phone
