The RoleAs Datalex continues to grow its business and disrupt the digital commerce market we are looking for an ambitious FP&A and business partnering analyst to join our growing FP&A and business partnering team.We operate in a fast-paced environment and collaborate with international and cross functional teams.
The successful candidate will have a unique opportunity to represent finance across all elements of the business operations and have direct exposure to senior management.
Reporting to the head of FP&A and business partnering you will be part of a team focusing on commercial decisions, financial planning, analysing data & delivering key messages to C-Suite & Board.
This role will suit a high performing and career focused finance professional.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport the financial planning process across the company, ensuring robust plans based on well-defined assumptionsWork closely with the Head of FP&A and business partnering in developing the KPIs for the business and understanding the main drivers of performance Support the Head of FP&A and business partnering in enhancing business reporting and analysis throughout the business, including to but not limited to customer profitability, investment spend and gross marginLead strategic decisions, including product investment return, gross profit, and margin profitability Partner with Customer Success, Delivery, and product team to provide timely insights that will help drive business decisionsBe the primary Finance business partner and collaborate with all departments to understand & manage the full cost base within Datalex providing timely insights that will help drive business decisionsWork closely with financial reporting to produce monthly cost analysis versus budget, forecast and prior yearPartner with financial control team on process improvement and ensuring proper controls are in place across the businessSkills & Experience:Qualified ACA, CIMA, ACCA with 2+ years of PQEAbility to interpret and explain financial and operational data for all levels of managementAbility to exercise commercial assessment Ability to meet tight reporting deadlinesProficient in working with people at all organisational levels, highlighting strong teamwork skills Ability to communicate efficiently at all levels and across both finance and non-finance stakeholdersSelf-motivated, looking to help build and grow the businessPower BI experience is an advantageExperience of software development or e-commerce sectors, in practice or industry is an advantagePrevious experience with MS office tools, including word, PowerPoint, and ExcelFluency in English
